overall the printer was and is great to use.
The Printer Ink is great too for its so much cheaper to buy then the other HP printers Ive had.
Sad though, this Printer came with a cracked CD in the box. and I don't know how to get another CD. The printer is great but I had to go to the HP website and download it from their.

Overall I really like the printer. Multifunctions are great. It was an outstanding value for the price paid. It works and performs as advertised. The printer has a tendency to jamb when printing side two of an orginal sheet in more than three pages. Start of the first copy is slower than expected before copying begins. That is not a disadvantage for me because I do not have a need for frequent copying. The copier produces brillant color copies.
